Desventajas

I-med has constant job ads and intakes running all year for the call centre that’s how bad it is. People are just numbers to them. Very impersonal. Could tell by the grubby second hand lanyard they gave me that so many people just come and go from there. Training consisted of copying mounds and mounds of notes off a board like school in 1980 about each and every body part whilst the young trainer told everybody how awesome she was. Meanwhile when asked how to use the appointment system which was the main part of the job booking radiology appointments she had no idea how to instruct this. Pathetic training. You never know your finish time here always expected to stay late to take calls still in the queue therefore you can’t plant appointments or a life after work. The job also pretended it had underground parking when in actual fact carpark was detached from site on a rooftop up three flights of stairs and had barely any allocated spots for I-med.

Unrealistic KPIs - monitored to the minute Team leads not doing any work Micro-managing Can't take a break in between calls before the nagging starts Team leads can meet their KPIs because they're doing the easy part Acting like they care but don't All talk and no action
