- Honestly, not many negatives come to mind from my experience. - Like most support roles, it could occasionally get busy during peak periods, but the team worked well together to manage it

Desventajas

Have to do overtime to contribute to the team efforts. Unrespecting work culture at stressful times. No skill development. 8 hours standing with 30 minute lunch break. Minimum wage.
