they over promise during interview and under deliver later no vision of product no real customers no engineering challenges, unappealing work with lots of tech debts no growth weird hours where have to coordinate with people in India in early mornings and they have to in their late nights. company getting most of development done in India at cheap prices. lot of churn for both customers and employees overall superficial self-ego boosting by leadership instead of actually doing worthwhile work
