Interesting market and solution IaaS space however yet to be proven as viable to large customer set.

Desventajas

Poorly defined business model and management execution. Employees are pushed around, politics is required to survive.

Ventajas

there are some very key people who made Hubspan successful in strides. Technical staff know what they are doing and most employees are helpful, fun and work as a team.

Desventajas

Executive leadership lacks. The CEO does not promote from within, she does not recognize the lack of communication between departments. Each Department using a different tool say Test track while others use Extra view. Operations team has little oversight and is not forced to compromise with other departments in decision making, even though the individuals do excellent individual work. The director expects staff to be on call 24/7. Sales team makes promises to potential customers and clients, and then expects the engineering team to build out needs for each deal bypassing the Product road map and road map team. Overall the company lacks good communication and executive leadership.
