      Ventajas

      Colleagues are nice, smart and collaborative. The hiring quality is good so you get to learn from people around you. Learning opportunity is there. Business makes sense.

      Desventajas

      High turnover makes it hard to align with the necessary stakeholders. Pay is not high. Goalpost is also always changing.

      Ventajas

      Work conditions were good. Doing a lot of work out on the floor and not in the shop on 2nd shift. Over all good pay. Good but expensive insurance.

      Desventajas

      Politics and personal were a bit much. Getting off of second shift looked gloomy.

      Ventajas

      Great Culture and People: The team is young, energetic, and supportive. Managers are approachable and open to feedback. Opportunities to Grow: Hubble provides ample space to take on new challenges, work across teams, and contribute beyond your job title. Efforts and performance are recognized. Meaningful Impact: The work we do has real, visible impact on our clients and the broader construction ecosystem. It feels good to be solving real problems.

      Desventajas

      Staff Benefits: While the company culture is strong and performance-focused, staff benefits could be enhanced. Timeline Pressure: The fast pace and ambitious timelines can sometimes be stressful, especially during crunch periods.
