Ventajas

Remote That is literally it...

Desventajas

Hired a team of new sales reps to save their company. Gave us no help - didn't even provide computers or any tech stack. They have "leads" - they are literally just pulling random contact info from Bing - a lot of our "leads" came with bad contact info and closed businesses that they don't even sell to. I have never been bait and switched so hard. They sold us a pipe dream about building out this company they just bought. Worse C-level execs to ever run an organization. They are only trying to have everyone on 1099. After saying they can pay a base salary. Which isn't a lot to begin with. Scam of a company, do not work here if you care about yourself. Really, trust me on this.

Ventajas

The Leadership and employees at Hownd were the best, Always a team effort and always a fun and supportive environment.

Desventajas

Covid hit many companies hard and although leadership tried their very best, some of us had to be let go.

Ventajas

The initial vision of helping a startup grow was inspiring. The team was passionate and eager to contribute.

Desventajas

Leadership lacked clear direction, resulting in unstable business decisions. The entire sales team was hired and laid off within a month, despite many employees taking significant pay cuts to join. There was a culture of overpromising and underdelivering, especially regarding lead quality and support. Training was minimal (one week), yet unrealistic sales targets were set. Communication from leadership was inconsistent and lacked transparency.
