Ventajas

I learned a lot while working here, and I enjoyed the work. There are lots of perks along the way, but they come at a price - excess hours and poor pay.

Desventajas

The pay was sub par compared to almost any similar job in the Houston market. The owner knows that it's easy to find people to want to work for him, so I think the pay is reflected in that.

Learn skills and understand operations immediately. Closed mouths don’t get fed. Earn your opportunity.

Desventajas

Making hourly is rough to sustain yourself.

Ventajas

Working in sports. You will die working in sports (literally, nobody makes $$). Benefits and the experiences are solid though. Not the job experience. The sports experience.

Desventajas

DEI program; lack of training, expertise, and overall knowledge of the business and sales practices. Promotions based on likeability and tenure, not value added. Which is crazy for a sales team to do. Pay is awful and whole office hates white people and men. God forbid you're both. Forced to stand around during games hoping to sell someone but its a complete waste of time. 14 hour long shifts on gamedays. Not a real sales organization
