Ventajas
The only pro is you don't have a boss micromanaging your every move.
Desventajas
The pay isn't what they say. Supposed to be $24.98/hr but when they only pay for half your work shift, it averages back to $12.49/hr. They promise 30hrs/wk minimum for part time, but it's usually about 22-26hrs and you will work more than that. Like I said they only pay for about half the time you're in their truck. They ask for 2 weeks advance notice if you need to change the schedule, but you will work a different route and shift every work day/week and they will change your shift without notice at the last minute and expect you to accommodate them. The company doesn't pay overtime even after working over 40hrs in a week. Management will get rid of the employee who points out the problem rather than addressing the problem itself. Retaliation is common practice at this company, so document everything!!!
