Ventajas

The team has changed for the better, with better morale, colleagues and leadership. Still as hard on performance as before, but everyone NOW works together to deliver the results. NO MORE slackers. Kudos to the CEO and management who always lead by example.

Desventajas

Very arrogant attitude from the IT team who have NO respect for others. All talk and NO action, and slow to get things done.

Ventajas

-flexible hours -lots of clients

Desventajas

-No benefits of being an employee (health insurance etc...) but same expectations (you represent helping and will be punished if you mess up) -Can lose work suddenly with no notice -Helpling raises their middleman rate without telling clients so either you take a pay cut or "raise" your prices to match.
