Ventajas

Pros? I think it's just because of the great TL and trainer aside from that, everything is crap!

Desventajas

ALOT! But let me start with the monthly pay of $540. Yes $540 only and you get it every month. What's worse is that if it gets delayed HR and accounting will blame it on your bank. PLAIN STUPIDITY!!!How can you pay your bills on time when you haven't received your pay of, again $540. Then they will remove you because you were unable to pay your electric and internet bills. And because you haven't received your pay of, again $540.How pathetic!

Ventajas

They care about their employees. Easy job too. Mostly answering emails (templates are also given, you just have to edit out some stuff), only doing around 20 calls a day. Great bonuses and incentives. HR people also takes their time to make sure you're okay, they call every now and then to check in.

Desventajas

Salary is a bit low.

Ventajas

One of the best PROs I can say is that there are TLs and Trainers that are very approachable and very easy to get along with.

Desventajas

First of all, it will take a month before you can get your first pay. If there is a discrepancy or if your pay does not reflect on your bank account, their accounting will never notify you. There is no sense of urgency and their accounting department is inconsistent in providing details and information. In other words, there no TRANSPARENCY whatsoever. Accounting even puts the blame on their bank.
