Great office space, cool location in NYC, fairly decent salary.
Desventajas
Where to start. Firstly, the positive reviews here are about 90% fake, written by staff at the request of management. Most of the comments about the CEO are true. It’s very much a sense of ‘spoiled rich kid starts a business then doesn’t respect her staff’. Someone else mentioned on here that the CEO can’t keep an assistant and they don’t know whether they are being fired or are quitting, well I spoke to a couple of former assistants on LinkedIn and they are 100% quitting. They can’t control her and she has a distinct lack of respect for them, going so far as to blame them for her own mistakes to save face in front of investors. Everything is just so disorganized and chaotic with no adults around to run the show. The CEO just has a sense of entitlement and is too busy and important to welcome new team members or even treat others with respect. I should have realized it was a mistake when the person who interviewed me for the role warned me about management and pretty much advised me against accepting. He actually used the words “these people drive me crazy” in the interview. This is a person who actually works there. I should have listened to him.
