Everyone was effective at their work

Parent company wasn’t super supportive or communicative

the company cares very much for its employees and this all trickles down from the executive staff who are incredibly warm-hearted. This has bred an environment of very genuine and kind people all working together, as well as a very relaxed conduct. being that it is salary based people are pretty willing to let you do your own thing if you've done all the work they've asked of you. there is also lunch catered twice a week as well as some nice office parties occasionally.

There isnt much drive to make the highest quality work, just simply to get the work done. the business team will try to grab any project they can and they tend to under pitch the budget so that we are usually unequipped to do what could have bee a very cool project.though there are many benefits to working here (health, optical, retirement, vacation) the pay is lower than the bay area standard for many positions.
