Ventajas
The tech has massive potential for disruption and innovation that will spur new business models not previously attainable. The team is full of ambitious, like-minded and talented people. The leadership is focused, kind, brilliant and inspiring. There is room to grow and develop within Hedera (skillset, responsibly and role). The opportunity to make an impact on the future of the internet, business and day to day living. To spearhead an influential and exponential technology and governance model that will push the human race to the next level. The opportunity to play an important role that solves real problems (government, banking, the legal system, etc). The potential of being a focal point in the growing interest in DLT use cases. The freedom of remote working. Finally, I have the drive to raise my game and be the best version of myself to operate in line with this exceptional team.
Desventajas
There is little reputation in the marketplace (and/or misunderstandings). Vulnerable to vital staff being sick, leaving, etc. Communication flow issues. Just the understandable and usual startup issues you can expect. The pros far outweigh the cons.
