      Ventajas

      Very intimate work environment (less than ten people in the office), located in beautiful Miami Beach, FL, and given important responsibilities that help you learn the industry rather than just being a secretary with busy work.

      Desventajas

      Little room for promotion, all desks in the office are in the same room except for the CEO's, who has his own office, and EVERY call goes through the one office assistant which can get a bit excessive.
