-Create strong bonds with direct colleagues from dealing with issues together.
Desventajas
-Long hours.
-Systems and sites unusable, they get worse by the day.
-Feedback doesn’t go anywhere.
-Wellbeing of staff not prioritised, overworked and under appreciated.
-Treatment of staff from different departments varies massively. E.g One team gets taken to the theatre and another gets given fruit and doughnuts.
-Communication is poor.
-Benefits need massive improvement.
