Ventajas
Benefits were varied and easy to use. Pay came on time which is always wanted, and the paid days off were very easy to use.
Desventajas
Management plays favorites, and complaints filed about someone who is a favorite go without any real consequences. I know this because I was one of those. I got the job because of someone I know in management, and kept it because of someone I know. After not completing 100% of the work that was required of me, for about a week straight I caused an issue to come up with another employee since I controlled how her schedule and schedule patients as well. After the incident she was fired. I felt horrible, I went to my department manager and she told me that it was fine things happen. I couldn't believe it, someone got fired because I was too comfortable with being lazy at work!! Soon after I began to get complaints filed about me to HR. After 3 I had to sit down with my manager and depadepartment head. Both told me that I didn't need to worry about being fired just try to work harder and to "let them know ahead of time if someone like this happens so they can make it go away". It blew mind that I could be so irresponsible and cost someone there job get complaints filed and still have nothing happen to me.
