Ventajas

Supervisors were (supportive, helpful...) but after all they are company employees and thus must color the truth. Decent systems to work with. Good benefits.

Desventajas

Feed their tenured reps top leads where they became order takers and the rest had to scrounge multi-contacted leads. Move you from one job to the next to meet their client contracts regardless on the negative impact on your paycheck. They never kept a promise. I could go on and on. Simple fact - if you have another opportunity take it! Extremely high turnover, low pay, provided lunch only on Mondays during AEP, never got a pay check right, no back office support, they'll take every opportunity to screw you over and have no moral issues doing so. Most unethical company I've ever worked for! Take your talents else where. Advise from a former top rep of theirs!

We are continuing to improve our systems and our benefits as we grow. To your point, due to the nature of our business, we do sometimes move employees based upon client need. We would much rather do that than lose a good performer. Thank you for your feedback.

Ventajas

There are none since the beginning of the year besides being remote.

Desventajas

This company has shown a complete lack of loyalty to the experienced agents who built their success. Instead of supporting staff through tough market changes, management has resorted to driving out seasoned agents to absorb and keep their books of business. Predatory Contract Structures: They are actively running through mass layoffs and replacing experienced professionals with new agents who don't know any better. These new hires are put on volatile, short-term quarterly contracts that management constantly alters to the company’s benefit. Shrinking Revenue & Cut Commissions: A massive influx of carriers are moving plans to non-commissionable structures, and the company offers zero protection or stability against these drops. Massive Provider & Plan Friction: Major hospital networks and doctors are dropping Medicare Advantage plans entirely, and carriers are shifting heavily toward strict HMO models that doctors and clients hate. It makes retention nearly impossible.
