The 2 supervisors here in the brokerage department are absolutely WONDERFUL. Jovone and Erin rock! Very caring, hard workers, great team! No micromanagement and kind people, always willing to help.
Good work culture. Professional adults. No cursing and nobody is crude. Positive attitudes! Comfortable place to work.

I wish they gave us more free food. First call center I have worked at, where we are not fed 2-3 times a week. Hopefully this will improve during AEP

Desventajas
This company has shown a complete lack of loyalty to the experienced agents who built their success. Instead of supporting staff through tough market changes, management has resorted to driving out seasoned agents to absorb and keep their books of business.
Predatory Contract Structures: They are actively running through mass layoffs and replacing experienced professionals with new agents who don't know any better. These new hires are put on volatile, short-term quarterly contracts that management constantly alters to the company’s benefit.
Shrinking Revenue & Cut Commissions: A massive influx of carriers are moving plans to non-commissionable structures, and the company offers zero protection or stability against these drops.
Massive Provider & Plan Friction: Major hospital networks and doctors are dropping Medicare Advantage plans entirely, and carriers are shifting heavily toward strict HMO models that doctors and clients hate. It makes retention nearly impossible.
