      Thank you for your feedback, and for your time at HealthEdge! Glad you enjoyed some of the perks, like our work-life balance and the impactful projects we work on. Unfortunately promotions are never a guarantee, but we do provide promotion nomination information to managers in the fall, to prepare for promotion announcements in the spring. Sorry you felt your work went unnoticed or unappreciated, but we do tend of offer merit bonuses each year based on company and individual performance.

      Ventajas

      Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Thank you HealthEdge! I am really looking forward to working on projects and serving our clients/customers together with the teams here at HealthEdge!

      Ventajas

      Get to work with multiple clients/health care companies. Good exposure.

      Desventajas

      Employees are overworked. Not enough resources to do a good job.

      Thank you for the feedback and honest review. Work-life balance is extremely important to us, to ensure our employees have time off and a personal life away from work. Sorry you felt overworked, but glad you saw the value in our customers and clients.
