Ventajas
- A really great company if you are young and starting off your career, opportunities to travel, work with great brands and exposure - Small company so you take on a lot of responsibility but you can learn a lot and really develop your skills - You are encouraged to take full responsibility of your category which is great as no red tape/limitations and allows you to develop further - Opportunity to progress - Expanding and growing every year as a company which will lead to more opportunities
Desventajas
- Poor salary for the level of responsibility - Management can be very selective when it comes to certain individuals - Small company so the departments are also very small despite the number of ships and workload - No commission structure - given how low the salaries are I would strongly suggest a commission structure by category especially as targets are tough and the workload is often overwhelming and this would really encourage your teams - No structure when it comes to progression, it seemed more of a 'to do list' when it came to PDP's - Expected to do long hours in the office
