Ventajas

New company, decent pay, remote and location-flexible work.

Desventajas

The C-suite lets middle managers run wild with intense micromanagement and verbal abuse. At least one "manager" is manager in name only. A "manager" in job title may actually be the subject of so much micromanagement from their department head that they don't actually get to manage anything. A pathetic joke. Your creativity and passion will be killed. Look for a start-up which will actually respect you. I'm definitely looking for another job after months of hell.

Ventajas

The people, the experience, the work I get to do—it is all the best I've experienced in this industry. The company has shown consistent dedication to it's employees, and I've never felt as at home with a team than I have at HTB

Desventajas

Nothing comes to mind for me.
