I worked here for almost a year in 2017. I wish I had Alzheimer's so that I could block it out of my mind though. For my interview, I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled interview time. This was a major red flag to how disorganised this company is. Then after getting the job you get to shadow someone as part of your training. You will need a photographic memory, because when you get a phone call from a customer, you can't ask a colleague for assistance. Otherwise, the floor walker will assume you are talking to your colleague about Tivo'ing your favourite tv shows, or what you are doing on your days off etc.... And that is if your colleague can be bothered to help you. If you want a promotion you will need to join the office clique with all of the power in the office. You are better off having no knowledge at all and sucking up to the right people. Case in point the person with no knowledge at all who got promoted to the 2nd line and then 4th line Team Leader when I was there. They will even delay your probation so that you will be continued to be paid minimum wage from the agency who takes a percentage of your wages, instead of being directly paid by Htec. 3 months was the length of time where I was supposed to pass probation. 3 months quickly turns into 4 months, 5 months and 6 months just because they are too lazy to give you an application form, then process it through HR. The only real benefit of working here is the 4 days off, or to make you appreciate the next job more since it's impossible for the next company you work for to be as disorganised as Htec.
