Ventajas
Local management listens, until they were gotten rid of. Mostly awesome coworkers. Decent pay. Most in-office "customers" polite. Pros are really a past concept.
Desventajas
Corporate management doesn't care about seasonal employees. Outsource to vendors who only care about call volume. Makes technical work exceedingly difficult when only cares about survey scores and calling offices back with little to no information on cases. Very short seasons, never any info on call backs. Opportunities to become full time are non existent.
