The prices are too high for customers, causing them to not return, which makes upper management place the blame on the preparer. Marketing strategies are stuck in the 1920s. The company thinks door to door salesmen still exist in a modern world. There is no direct communication between corporate and stores leading to clients being confused when they need support. The company competes against itself by having tax prices charge for things they offer online for free. There is no such thing as a job well done. There is always more you can do.
