Ventajas

I have been with Guardian for 10 years. It is privately owned and has been very rewarding as it is ever changing. Great for first time job seekers but not a place to build a career any longer.

Desventajas

They do not allow their sales or general managers to make changes or be leaders. Their only purpose is to implement Corporate Managements top-down decisions no matter what. They have changed the culture at each branch in the past 18 months to go with a youth movement with lots of turnover.

Ventajas

Work-life balance is nice, very human and enjoyable staff/management, a culture of community

Desventajas

Weekends off are hard to come by due to the nature of the job. But PTO is available and management is flexible

Desventajas

Income does not match current cost of living. Work could be completely remote, but isn’t. If you perform well, more will be asked of you with no compensatory incentive. Poor transitions during company acquisitions. Toxic hierarchal work environment.
