Ventajas

Great people and atmosphere. The company is all about satisfying the customer. As an employee, you are given a good amount of decision making abilities, such as, lowering a price, removing shipping charges, etc.

Desventajas

Having to use SAP. It is a very difficult program. It contains lots of great information but to get to some of it, you have to go through 10-15 different steps.

Ventajas

Great team, competitive pay, and excellent benefits. Grainger truly invests in its employees' growth—I've been able to work toward finishing my college degree while participating in incredible internal initiatives like the Mentor Program, PDP (Professional Development Program), and the Elevate Badging program. There are so many career advancement opportunities here; the only limit is what you place on yourself. Additionally, the culture is highly inclusive. Employees across different departments and regions genuinely support and help one another.

Desventajas

With so many programs and opportunities available, it can sometimes be a challenge to balance daily responsibilities with professional development, but it is entirely manageable with good time management.
