Ventajas
I actually felt the efforts made by the management to invest on the employees and make the work environment better. The managers provide enough training sessions and are supportive in providing us with adequate resources.
Desventajas
Regrettably, these things aren't enough if the management is suffering from internal conflicts, or so I think. My co-workers and I aren't really sure if that's the problem, but the obvious issue is that there's too much chaos in the company and its unstable structure. The management currently seems directionless. It provides support, but the support doesn't end up bringing enough positive impact on the company as a whole.
