The leadership team has not actively recruited for years, making them out of touch with the current market realities. Instead of providing insightful guidance, they repeatedly stress the importance of making cold calls and filling the funnel with candidates, without offering practical support or understanding the modern recruitment landscape. Overall, the disconnect between management and employees, coupled with the counterproductive internal dynamics, makes it difficult to recommend Goodwin Recruitment Agency as a supportive or effective workplace. When I began my training, 80% of the team left within the first few months. I ended up staying longer, but I wish I had read the negative reviews here beforehand.
