Even years after returning, there can be a perception that past career breaks continue to influence performance assessments. Low ratings often make promotions difficult and can leave employees feeling undervalued despite their contributions. When I joined the company , the culture, growth opportunities, and employee experience were much better. Over time, however, I have observed a decline in these areas, making it a less supportive and rewarding workplace than it once was.
