- pay decreasing yearly (was 13€ in 2023 and 12€ base in 2025) - meanwhile customers pay up to 35€ per lesson and tutors don't even get 50%. - platform is riddled with bugs and key features are missing even after years - company cuts costs on the wrong ends in their core workforce even going as far as DECREASING an already abysmally low pay. - decisions for tutors are made completly obscure and with no information regarding them. - laws are beeing straight up broken and ignored. Example: no consens on the lessons beeing voice recorded for their AI training purposes.
