      Ventajas

      -Professional environment, strong work/life balance -Management Team is Awesome -Very friendly, open and welcoming culture -Everyone works hard, but knows how to have fun too -Strong focus on thought leadership in the security space

      Desventajas

      I have no cons about the company. My only wish would be to meet my colleagues in-person when the pandemic is over.

      Ventajas

      Work life balance, though there are times that require over 8 hours a day due to deadlines, etc., there is flexibility to accommodate personal events without issue. Open communication between supervisor and employees. Company updates/communication from management on a weekly basis. Most employees are working remote since Covid.

      Desventajas

      Since Covid, US offices were closed. My position on working remote is although it is convenient, the personal interaction "around the water cooler" isn't as frequent -- although my department does a 30-minute semi-monthly video "meeting," so that is a positive.
