1yThank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you have the impression that you were let go due to the discontinuation of the project you were working on. We take job stability seriously and have upheld this promise numerous times. Over the past five years, we have had to let go of 3-4 employees in total, primarily due to performance reasons, unfortunately. We believe this particular case is no different.
We are tech partners, not mere clients, and team changes are a normal part of business dynamics. If the claim were true, we would have let go of dozens of people, which is not the case, as you can attest. On the contrary, there are countless cases where our colleagues have moved from building one product to another, explored new opportunities, and flourished.
No one has been let go unless there was proven malicious intent or serious underperformance. It would be unfair to consistently retain underperformers as it demoralizes the rest of the team. Therefore, everyone who is underperforming is given regular feedback, and we work together on improvements. We're sure you can vouch for this if you've spent 2+ years at GoGroup.
