The owners and management, in my opinion, do their absolute best to advocate for their employees. You never feel like a line item on a ledger; instead, you feel like a valued contributor in a shared mission. Furthermore, their benefits—specifically the health coverage and 401(k) matching—exceed those of typical larger companies.

Ironically, the focus on high-quality, customized, tailored development for their customers needs lead to a high cost low production development. With the market disruptions following Covid left the company vulnerable and they were acquired by CM-Labs. Which lead to restructuring and layoffs.
