      This company really cares about its employees and the culture they have cultivated shows it. The work is challenging and diverse, but they have processes in place that give each project the best chance of success.

      Desventajas

      If I had to choose a con, it would be that the company is still learning to attract more design-based work.

      Ventajas

      - Awesome culture and work/life balance - Great team of compassionate and talented people - Leadership provides communication channels where you're REALLY heard - Mission-driven company - As a developer, I get to wear many hats and work on a wide range of projects and technologies, so I'm always learning new stuff

      Desventajas

      This is nitpick, but I miss the days when we worked hybrid. After pandemic, we went fully remote.
