Advancement and recognition can feel influenced by office politics, and navigating supervisor relationships carefully is important. Overall, it’s a valuable experience, but be prepared for a challenging environment.

      Ventajas

      You will get a "slave" treatment as you work here. for example If you are electrical department, you have to know mechanical also and if you dont know mechanical, all of the "masters" will treat you as garbage.

      Desventajas

      - benefits? what is that. - work life balance? keep dreaming. - you have family emergency? why not planning ahead the emergency. - sick and unable to come to work? give us 5 why. - its 3 AM and your phone keep ringing and you keep sleep because you have work for 12hr straight? are you really want to work? - you stay at site for almost 2 years and that site keep operate well? what are you doing for 2 year at site? - Your senior slave keep claiming your work? haha.
