Great place to develop expertise in the life science industry. Young engineering culture with a an emphasis on professionalism. Office culture is focused, but fun. Regular employee socials allow for the team to socialize and build relationships. Always a lot of good food! Leadership is accommodating to employee needs. There are strict expectations for in-office work & attendance to support productivity, but management works with employees to support them however needed (within reason) when life happens.

Frequent travel for extended periods of time during commissioning phases. Great opportunity for overtime & hands-on experience though.

Directions were often unclear or contradictory, leading to wasted effort and confusion. Feedback on work was sparse or nonexistent.
