Ventajas
When I joined the company, it was the best place to work in Macedonia. You had some of the smartest people, a competitive (around average) salary package, and a lot of fringe benefits. The culture was very healthy, and you could learn not only coding, but how to build software by industry standards, and with best practices. No excuses, only the best work passes. You could also learn how to be a positive, healthy, decent human being, that people enjoy working with. A lot of team events, sports gatherings, hiking, dinners, skiing days, etc... fully sponsored by the company.
Desventajas
A lot of extremely good people left, and the culture changed. The focus switched from quality to quantity. People that don't qualify for the positions that they are promoted to, are promoted simply because there is nobody else to take that place. Some of the managers don't really care about the people that they are managing. No real opportunity to switch the work you are doing. Easy to advance in title, but not easy to advance in knowledge since it's really easy to be stuck in a project, or a type of projects that have no innovation at all.
