Thank you, we think…we do appreciate the honesty and welcome all comments, However, this continued post narrative feels like an angry troll attempt. It’s time to move on, “anonymous”.
Looking back at all of our reviews and responses, we feel confident with the many improvements and enhancements that we continue to roll out. We previously announced the launch of our new internal product training tool, designed for both existing and new employees. This comprehensive tool allows for easy search functionality across all product features, detailed written explanations, video overviews, and in-depth training sessions.
Regarding your assessment of our solution, we respectfully disagree. Established in 1997, we've grown to serve over 500 customers and continue to expand. Our commitment to ongoing product improvement includes regular enhancements and the introduction of new features, all of which are communicated through our educational and support initiatives. We have also just completed a product review and marketplace assessment to further understand exactly who our market is and better understand our users, which ultimately helps the future path of our solution.
While we understand we may not be the perfect fit for every potential client, we strive to cultivate long-term relationships with those who align with our values and offerings. If you're interested, we're proud to have a dynamic CEO now (or General Manager as we call it) who has significantly enhanced our business strategy. Additionally, our new Director of Sales & Marketing brings extensive experience from prominent organizations like American Express and BlackBerry, while our CFO contributes world-class expertise.
