Function point... where careers go to die.
When I started out at this company I thought I had hit the jackpot! Chris the owner was very kind, the employees were warm and inviting, I couldn't believe my luck and thought this would be a real game changer. BUT let me tell you, the facade dropped too quickly here and all the underlying poison and bullsh*t comes out to play. I quickly quit without ever looking back, and I am glad that I did because according to my sources on the inside it's only gotten worse.
The dynamics in the office are uncomfortable and unprofessional. The company dangles the carrot in front of you promising many perks BUT it's a load of crock... it doesn't happen. Oh sorry, my mistake, it will happen to you if you are BFF with the owner or his family member. The social dynamics in the office are full of cliques, drama, and gossip.
The company has seen over 15 -20 employees quit from late 2016 to now, including members who have worked there since the beginning (over 10 to 20 years). Hello, red flag! Almost all of the departments are completely different employees in less that one year. If you provide any feedback on the company or product prepared to be shunned or fired.
If you want to kill your career, I recommend you taking a position at FP. If you would like to advance your career and not blow your brains out... avoid this company like the plague. You've been warned.
