Ventajas

If you have a skills they find desirable like knowledge of a foreign language or QA or management skills this a good company to work for because they won't want to let you go.

Desventajas

During the time I was there, about 2 months, management had three separate rounds of layoffs of CS folks with no language skills or low service numbers.
