Once you are in, there's not going to be a pay rise. Everything is in silos. Lots of beurocracy. Tech people not understood or respected by management. Very much a "middle management" company - that's the only career there is. No technical challenges. Increasing top-down control and mistrust. Rules and procedures take precedence over customer satisfaction. Very political - no one makes a decision if it's possible to shift blame to someone else.
