Ventajas

There are many Pro's I can share to include work life balance, autonomy to deliver your role, support of all the Team to include executive level. Your a Real person trusted to deliver the role in the best way you know. Most of all it is a Fantastic opportunity to make a difference in peoples lives as it allows you to truly believe in peoples potential.

Desventajas

The only con that I can think of is the Travel component of the role. Because we deliver coaching to the front line it is important to be at the front line. This often means travelling to different sites and locations.
