The salaries are among the lowest in the video game industry in the UK. There is no room to express creativity and try to make a genuinely great game , the profit of the company comes first and investors have to be pleased, so you’re just going to deal with lifeless big franchises that most of the employees do not want to work on. The CEO has no clue whatsoever what it takes to make a videogame these days, but no one is willing tell him that this is hurting the company.
