A very English approach and care to their communications which was endearing. For example, due to a very hot day in London and the air con not working so well, a note was sent around to say that ice-creams would be shared in the afternoon to those people that has suffered the heat. (The temperature hadn't been pleasant, but it could have been a lot worse).
