      Ventajas

      Good midsized firm with all of the benefits and drawbacks of a midsized firm. Salaries increasing with inflation and business is solid. How well it suits you is really how much you like the office you’re at— Policies aren’t consistent across the firm (This can be a good thing).

      Desventajas

      Terrible benefits (no matching, health benefits are abysmal, parental leave policy is a joke), single managing partner makes all the decisions.
