Having worked in a previous recruitment agency where you are viewed as a 'number on a spreadsheet' and provided with little to no training and support, my time so far at FourthLine has far exceeded my initial expectations. Working for a boutique agency, with the MD on the recruitment floor providing training and development to everyone, I know I've made the right choice in joining FourthLine and I see my long term career here. FourthLine provide an in depth training and development structure which is particularly useful for graduates or people in their first recruitment role. There is opportunity for fantastic financial rewards via our competitive salary, commission and bonus structure and a clear and attainable career progression plan. On my first day, the MD sat down with me and laid out where he saw me progress in my first two years with the business. There are lots of rewards; weekly awards, breakfasts and incentive trips and events (most recently we've been to Prague and next up is NYC!!!), and of course there's always Friday beers - the social element of the company is really reflective with our main value "Professional but Fun". Like with any recruitment position, the role can come with long hours. Not because management make you stay late, as we offer flexible working hours and extended lunch for our employees, but because everyone wants to work hard, efficiently and make the most commission we can!

Llevo casi medio año en la empresa. Es un entorno muy solidario, tanto por parte de los consultores como de los altos directivos. Te dan autonomía para controlar tu negocio como prefieras, pero con mucho apoyo y orientación de los gerentes. Todos los consultores de la oficina están dispuestos a ayudar y abiertos a ofrecer consejos a los aprendices. Se proporciona una plataforma de aprendizaje realmente sólida, con aportaciones lógicas de expertos en contratación. En definitiva, una cultura y un ambiente de mucho apoyo. Como tú pones mucho trabajo y esfuerzo, los directivos realmente harán todo lo posible para ayudarte a alcanzar tus objetivos profesionales y financieros. Un verdadero sentimiento de familia, con mucha formación personal y tutorías del Director General.
Desventajas
La contratación tiene algunas desventajas, muchas horas seguidas, etc. No obstante, Fourthline se enorgullece de proporcionar apoyo a sus empleados y crear una atmósfera que atrae el éxito. Pasé por muchas entrevistas en empresas con oficinas muy sofisticadas, pero sigo feliz con mi decisión de haberme unido a Fourthlline.
