      Ventajas

      Quality product and brand, beautiful location.

      Desventajas

      The visitors center is poorly managed. Hard workers are not recognized, and slackers get recognized for doing the bare minimum. They gave employee of the month to someone who was chronically late because they were on time for a month, instead of recognizing staff that went above and beyond for guests.

      Ventajas

      I have many years in the spirits industry but especially love being with Four Roses. It's very genuine, and I feel most people are humble. Not a lot of fan-fair but it's a solid brand. I have a great Manager so my view may be skewed, but it seems most people are happy here.

      Desventajas

      I'm hoping the recent sale with Gallo with only be beneficial for the company.
