Ventajas

They let you work remotely from home and they allowed me to keep 3 monitors and a docking station as it was more expensive for them to ship it back and let me keep the hardware

Desventajas

They overload you with work and don't compensate you. They place is literally a revolving door with new hires because of it. If they would have just paid me 10-15 dollars an hour more. I might not have been so overwhelmed with my personal life and would have been more driven to close more tickets and to want to stay there.

Remote work and coworkers who try their best with bad circumstances where management changes direction on a whim for the sake of the sale

Desventajas

Poor management and training. Lack of professionalism and commitment to create an operationally suitable world environment only drive was to sell the business and hold sales conventions and awards
