Ventajas

The CEO is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met... I just wish HE actually ran the company instead of the C-LEVEL people he hired to do that for him.

Desventajas

Where do I begin: -The managers are at odds with each other. There are 3 levels of management for a 10 person sales team. It doesn't make sense... one manager will do just fine. -Ownership is completely detached from the employees. They just don't care about their people. -Constant changing of commission structure (never to the benefit of the sales reps). (they changed it 3 times in the 9 months I was there). -They make sure that you know that you're replaceable by constant threats of firing -Training is very minimal....they hand you a script and ask you to memorize it. -The office environment is abysmal. Out of about 15 employees I had direct contact with, nobody actually liked working there. I've never hated a job as much as I hated this one.

Great work place attitude and very friendly environment to work in. Great training and growth potential.

Desventajas

I really have nothing poor to say. I really enjoyed my time there. great place to work
