Ventajas
Have been working in Forsta for 5 years in total. The reason I have stayed this long is my amazing team and direct managers. The job allows flexibility like no other, despite the late hours (due to US time zone). It's entirely on WFH basis and there is zero micromanagement. Essentially, working here is an environment where you can efficiently do your work and not feel suffocated or out of place.
Desventajas
A persistent issue is the payrate which is incredibly low considering current inflation rates and the night labour. The salary has had very little increase for my time here which is absolutely ridiculous given how the company constantly boasts about meeting or exceeding targets. Forsta has little to no regard to its employee's wellbeing and career growth which can be highly demotivating. Overall no appreciation on a bigger scale, leading to employees seeking opportunities elsewhere.
